A beloved daughter, loving friend, passionate DJ, and a true source of inspiration.
She left her mark on many souls with her rebellious spirit. Her authenticity was pure and real! Those who knew her felt the kindness of her heart, so big that can fit countless universes!
Ana-Maria passed away at the age of 29, just 3 months after she was diagnosed with NUT cancer (A rare and aggressive disease with no cure as of today).
She fought like a lion and her hurricane spirit will never fade. In fact, it still lives on - in us, in her music, and in the dreams she inspires us to pursue. Even in the hardest moments, Ani lived with a fire in her heart – radiating music, joy, and boundless love for the people and world around her.
Her friends called her Ana Uragana, symbolizing a hurricane, because she moved through life with unstoppable energy, passion, and heart. Known in the music universe as DJ Inferna, she brought people together through rhythm, freedom, and love.
Her sets weren’t just music: they were pure emotion, connection, and soul.
Ana Uragana Foundation
The Ana Uragana Foundation was created to honor Ani’s spirit, her courage, her creativity, and her deep belief that dreams are meant to be lived.
We exist to help young, passionate talents find their voice, as Ani did, by giving them a chance to learn, grow, and share their light with the world.
What We Do
Scholarships: Supporting young DJs and music creators from Bulgaria and beyond, giving them access to world-class schools, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
Inferna Sunset Festival: An annual celebration of Ani’s life and spirit, uniting music, friendship, and purpose. The festival raises funds for our scholarships and for causes close to Ani’s heart, including NUT cancer research and Support Children and Families Affected by Cancer
Partnerships & Sponsors: We work with music academies, festivals, and brands that believe in giving young talent a chance to shine.
Donations: Every contribution fuels education, creativity, and hope — keeping Ani’s light alive in others.
